Lawn Mowing Service Sydney

Evergreen CG mows lawns across Sydney for family homes, unit blocks and commercial properties. We work to a set schedule, turn up when we say we will, and leave the site clean — mowed, edged, blown down, with the clippings taken away.

Every property is quoted on its own, because lawn size, access, slope and grass type all change the job. You will have a fixed price per visit before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Most of our mowing customers are on a monthly basis, with fortnightly for fast-growing areas and 4-6 weeks in winter, and there is no lock-in contract.

How often your lawn needs mowing in Sydney

Sydney lawns are mostly warm-season grasses — buffalo, kikuyu and couch — and they do the bulk of their growing between October and March. Through those months most lawns need cutting weekly or fortnightly to stay tidy and to avoid being scalped when they are finally cut back.

Growth slows from around April, and a visit every three to four weeks is usually enough through the cold season, from April to September. We set your schedule around how your lawn actually grows rather than mowing to the same calendar all year, so you are not paying for visits the lawn does not need.

Lawn mowing for strata and commercial properties

We also mow common area lawns for strata complexes, childcare centres, schools, offices and retail sites. These run to an agreed schedule and scope, with a written quote provided for owners corporation or management review, and green waste removal included. Where a property already has us on site for common area cleaning, mowing can be added to the same visit.

Where we mow

We provide lawn mowing right across Sydney, including the Inner West, Canterbury-Bankstown, the Lower and Upper North Shore, the Eastern Suburbs, the Northern Beaches, the Hills District, Western Sydney and the Southern Suburbs.

FAQ

Do I need to be home when you mow?

No. As long as we can reach the lawn through an unlocked gate or side path, we will complete the visit and let you know when it is done.

Clippings and green waste are mostly disposed of in the green bin that most people already have, and when the volume is too large and needs separate disposal, that incurs an additional cost.

Yes. One-off mows and overgrown clean-ups are welcome. A first cut on a long lawn takes more time and is quoted separately.

We avoid mowing wet lawns because it tears the grass and leaves a poor finish. If the weather turns, we will contact you and move your visit to the next available day.
